Terms

Terms of Use

Last updated: 24 October 2026

These terms set the rules for using The Game DAO (thegamedao.com), run by Bullion Labs: who can take part, how our games, rewards, membership NFTs and accounts work, and what we’re responsible for. You must be 18 or over (or older, if the legal age where you live is higher) and allowed to take part where you live. Everything runs on public blockchains through smart contracts: transactions are final, we never hold your funds or keys, and you could lose what you spend. Please read the sections on risks and our responsibility to you before you play.

Who we are and how you agree to these terms

The Game DAO (thegamedao.com, “the site”) is run by Bullion Labs (“we”, “us”, “our”). These terms of use are an agreement between you and us. They cover your use of the site and of the games, rewards and accounts it offers.

You agree to these terms when you press I agree in the notice that appears when you visit, when you sign in, or when you otherwise use the site. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal data. Each game’s page and our whitepaper explain the games in more detail. If they say something different from these terms, these terms apply.

These terms apply from 24 October 2026. Please read them carefully, especially the parts on risks and our responsibility to you.

Who can use the site

You may use the site only if:

  • you are 18 or over, or older if the legal age for these activities is higher where you live; and
  • the laws that apply to you allow you to use cryptocurrency and to take part in online lotteries and prediction games.

The notice. When you first visit, a notice asks you to confirm these points by pressing I agree or Decline. It asks again after up to 180 days, or sooner if we change it. If you press Decline, this browser shows only a “Thank you for visiting” page for up to 30 days, apart from these terms, our Privacy Policy and our contact form. You can change your answer from that page.

The notice also asks whether you allow analytics (Google Analytics cookies and thirdweb’s usage reports), which help us see how the site is used. They stay off unless you tick the box. Our Privacy Policy explains this choice and how to change it.

Following the law where you live is your responsibility. The site is open to visitors from every country, and we don’t block any country. Laws on cryptocurrency, lotteries and prediction games differ from place to place and can change. You must check and follow the laws that apply to you, and you must not use the site where it is illegal for you to do so. We don’t offer our games to anyone in a place where taking part is against the law.

If we have reason to believe that you are under age or not allowed to take part, we may suspend your account (see Suspending or closing accounts). An ID check that shows you’re under 18, or under the legal age where your ID was issued, stops your wallet from entering through the site.

What the site offers, and why it isn’t financial advice

The site lets you:

  • enter the USDT Weekly, a lottery on BNB Smart Chain, and the Daily Lotto, a lottery on Polygon that is shown to wallets connected to Polygon;
  • take part in prediction games, where you back the outcome of a real-world event;
  • earn referral rewards when people enter the USDT Weekly through your link;
  • mint (buy new) membership NFTs, digital membership tokens on BNB Smart Chain, and stake them: lock them in a contract to share any rewards paid into it;
  • hold BNGX, the governance token of our DAO (decentralised autonomous organisation: a group that makes decisions by voting on a blockchain), and use it to vote on DAO proposals; and
  • sign in, choose a username and see your profile (and verify your email and your identity, when we ask for them).

All of this runs on public blockchains (shared public records of transactions) through smart contracts: programs on a blockchain that follow set rules. We never hold your funds or your private keys (the secret codes that control a wallet).

Not financial advice. Nothing on the site, in our whitepaper, in our posts or in our messages is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Our lotteries and prediction games are entertainment, not a way to make money. We don’t offer membership NFTs, staking or BNGX as investments or savings products. Past prizes and rewards are no guide to future ones. If you need advice, speak to a qualified adviser who is independent of us.

Your wallet, transactions and smart contracts

Your wallet. To take part you need a crypto wallet: an app or account that holds your cryptocurrency and signs your transactions. You can log in with your email address or phone number for a built-in wallet provided by thirdweb, or connect MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet or another wallet through WalletConnect.

Self-custody: only you control your wallet. We never hold your funds, your private keys or your recovery phrase (also called a seed phrase: the secret words that unlock your wallet). We can’t access, freeze, recover or reverse anything in your wallet. Never share your recovery phrase or private key with anyone: we will never ask for them.

Smart contracts. Our smart contracts take entries, run draws, pay prizes and rewards, and record stakes. We carry out some steps ourselves, such as starting each USDT Weekly draw and recording each prediction-game result, and we manage some contract settings. Nothing in these terms changes what a contract does on the blockchain. If you think something on the site doesn’t match what a contract does, please tell us.

Transactions are final. An entry, stake or mint takes effect as soon as your transaction is confirmed on the blockchain. After that, neither you nor we can cancel, change or reverse it. We don’t refund entries, stakes, mints or fees, except where the law gives you a right to a refund.

Network fees. Every transaction costs a network fee, often called “gas”, paid in the network’s own coin: BNB on BNB Smart Chain and POL on Polygon. You pay these fees, even when a transaction fails, and we don’t refund them.

Approvals. Paying with USDT usually takes two confirmations in your wallet. First you approve: you give the contract permission to take that amount of USDT from your wallet. Then you confirm the entry itself.

Check before you confirm. Make sure you’re on thegamedao.com and on the right network, and that your wallet shows the right contract and amount. Our main contract addresses are listed in the whitepaper, and each game’s card links to its own contract. The USDT Weekly and the prediction games accept only BEP-20 USDT, the version of USDT on BNB Smart Chain. The Daily Lotto accepts only USDT on Polygon. USDT on any other network won’t work. You can check any transaction on a blockchain explorer, a public website such as BscScan that shows what happens on a blockchain. We’re not responsible for funds you send to the wrong address or network, or to a fake site.

USDT Weekly lottery rules

The USDT Weekly is a lottery on BNB Smart Chain, currently run by the lottery contract at 0x9D3078c6B2ec792507f7DBF882821C33e3b52323. These rules apply:

  • Price: each entry costs 5 USDT. Of this, 4.50 USDT goes into the prize pool and 0.50 USDT (10%) is our platform fee. There are no numbers to pick: each entry is one ticket in the next draw.
  • Your chance: your chance of winning the jackpot is your entries divided by all the entries in the draw.
  • Draw time: each round closes every Tuesday at 19:30 WAT (West Africa Time), which is 18:30 UTC. We then start the draw or the rollover. Because we start it ourselves, it can happen later than that time, for example if the network is busy or the random numbers are delayed.
  • Which round an entry is in: the contract decides this, from when your transaction is confirmed on the blockchain.
  • At least 30 entries: the draw runs. 30 is a minimum, not a limit.
  • Fewer than 30 entries: there is no draw. Every entry and the whole prize pool roll over to the next week, so your entries count in the next draw.
  • Picking winners: Chainlink VRF, a random-number service run by a third party, supplies the random numbers. The contract uses them to pick one jackpot winner and up to 20 runners-up. Each runner-up is a different wallet, no wallet wins more than one prize, and the jackpot winner can’t also be a runner-up.
  • How the pool is shared: each draw pays out the whole prize pool, including rollovers and bonuses. It is shared like this: 70% to the jackpot winner, 20% shared equally by up to 20 runners-up, 5% to the DAO treasury and 5% to NFT staking.
  • Getting paid: the contract pays prizes in USDT straight to the winning wallets, in the same transaction as the draw. There’s nothing to claim. A prize goes to the wallet that made the winning entry.
  • Team bonuses: we may add a bonus to a prize pool. We don’t have to, and we don’t promise any. A bonus becomes part of the pool and is paid out under these rules.

The prize pool is held by the lottery contract, not by us. The site shows the live prize pool and entries, read from the blockchain, and our weekly post on X shows them as they were when it was posted. These figures can be delayed or out of date: the blockchain’s record is what counts.

If a draw or rollover is delayed or can’t be completed, we’ll tell players on the site or on X as soon as we reasonably can, and we’ll work to complete it. If you think a draw went wrong, contact us with a link to the transaction.

The Daily Lotto on Polygon

Wallets connected to Polygon see the Daily Lotto, a daily USDT lottery on the Polygon network. Each entry costs 1 USDT (USDT on Polygon), and you pay the network fee in POL, Polygon’s own coin. A draw needs at least 30 entries. With fewer, every entry and the whole prize pool roll over to the next day. Its card on the home page shows the live prize pool, this round’s entries and how the prize pool is shared. Referral rewards don’t apply to it.

The rest of these terms, including the parts on wallets, risks and our responsibility to you, apply to the Daily Lotto too.

Prediction game rules

In a prediction game you back the outcome you think will happen, such as which party wins an election (for example APC, NDC or another party, on the Prediction Games page). Entering a prediction game is also called staking. If you’re right, you share the prize pool with everyone else who backed that outcome. These rules apply:

  • Price: each entry costs 5 USDT, and you can buy up to 100 entries in one transaction. Our 10% platform fee is taken when you enter, so 4.50 USDT of each entry goes into the prize pool.
  • One shared pool: all the outcomes in a game share one prize pool.
  • The odds come from the players: there are no fixed odds. The more entries an outcome has, the less each of its entries pays if it wins. What each winning entry pays is set by the entries when staking closes.
  • When staking closes: at the time shown on the game’s page, before the result is decided. Once made, an entry can’t be cancelled or moved to another outcome.
  • The result: once the official result is announced, we record the winning outcome on the contract. The contract pays out on the result we record.
  • Sharing the pool: at the result, 5% of the pool goes to the DAO treasury (2.5%) and NFT staking (2.5%). The rest is shared equally between all the entries on the winning outcome.
  • Claiming: winners must claim their share within 7 days of the result being recorded. Once the result is recorded, the game’s page shows the exact deadline. Claiming is a transaction, so it costs a network fee. After the deadline you can no longer claim: unclaimed winnings are forfeited and go to the platform, that is, to us.
  • Pauses: we may pause staking on a game, for example while we prepare a new contract. Entries already made stay in the contract and are handled by its rules.
  • Fair play: you must not take part in a prediction game if you can influence its result, or if you know something about the result that the public doesn’t.

Before a game opens for staking, its page will say which announcement counts as the official result. If an event is postponed or cancelled, or its official result is unclear or disputed, we’ll explain on the game’s page what happens. We’ll treat everyone who entered fairly.

Each game’s page lists every entry on each outcome with its wallet address, or the player’s username if they have one (see Usernames and our posts on X). Prediction-game entries don’t earn referral rewards, and we never announce them in our posts on X.

Referral rewards and partner campaigns

You can earn 0.25 USDT, half of the platform fee, for every USDT Weekly entry made through your referral link. The lottery contract pays it to the wallet in your link, in the same transaction as the entry. The person entering pays nothing extra.

  • Getting your link: on the Referrals page, enter your BNB Smart Chain wallet address and your X (Twitter) handle, then press “Generate my link”. Rewards go to the wallet in the link, so check the address carefully: rewards paid to a mistyped address can’t be recovered.
  • Entering through a link: the person you refer must enter from the page your link opens. The site doesn’t remember the link, so if they come back later, they need to open it again.
  • No self-referral: you can’t refer yourself, and the contract rejects entries made through your own link. Don’t use other wallets or accounts to refer yourself.
  • USDT Weekly only: referral rewards apply only to USDT Weekly entries, not to the Daily Lotto, prediction games or NFT mints.

Sharing your link fairly. Don’t send spam or make false or misleading claims, for example that people will win or earn. Don’t aim your link at anyone under 18. Don’t suggest that you are us or speak for us. Follow the rules of the platforms you use, and the laws where you and the people you reach are, including any rules on advertising lotteries or gambling.

We may change or end referral rewards for future entries. If we find abuse, we may suspend your account and stop the site from using your link.

Campaigns with partners. We sometimes run campaigns with partners, for example with rewards for entering our lotteries. Each campaign has its own rules, shown where it’s offered. Our Privacy Policy explains what we share with partners.

Membership NFTs, staking and BNGX

Membership NFTs. Our membership NFT, “Bullion DAO Membership”, is an ERC-1155 token (a common standard for NFTs) on BNB Smart Chain. You can mint it on the site for 1 BNB each, plus the network fee, up to 1,000 for each wallet. 100%* of each mint goes to the DAO treasury.

*Less the 10% platform fee charged on each NFT mint.

Staking. You can stake your membership NFTs in our Staking V3 contract to share any BNB and USDT rewards paid into it. You can unstake after a minimum of 21 days. Claim your rewards before you unstake, because claims only work while you’re staked. A wallet can hold one stake at a time. The whitepaper explains how rewards are shared.

Staking rewards depend on what is paid in. Rewards come only from what is paid into the staking contract. There may be none, and we don’t promise any amount.

BNGX and the DAO. BNGX is the DAO’s governance token: holders use it to vote on DAO proposals. Its supply is fixed at 100,000,000. The DAO treasury sits in the DAO contract and can be spent only through a proposal that passes a vote of BNGX holders on the blockchain. The contracts don’t let us move DAO treasury funds or staked NFTs.

We manage the NFT sale and the staking contracts, and we may pause or end the NFT sale.

No promise of profit. We don’t offer membership NFTs, staking or BNGX as investments. They aren’t shares in Bullion Labs, and they don’t give you any claim on Bullion Labs or its income. We don’t promise that they will have any value, that their price will rise, or that you’ll be able to sell them. You could lose everything you pay for them. BNGX trades on services we don’t run, such as PancakeSwap.

Signing in and your account

You need to sign in before you can enter a lottery or a prediction game on the site. We may also ask you to verify your email and your identity first.

  • Signing in: connect your wallet, pass a quick “are you human?” check (Cloudflare Turnstile), then sign a message in your wallet (with an email or phone login wallet this happens by itself, with nothing to approve). Signing proves you control the wallet. It’s free: it isn’t a transaction, it doesn’t move any funds, and it gives no one permission to spend them. If you’re asked to approve tokens or pay anything while signing in, stop: that isn’t our sign-in.
  • Staying signed in: you stay signed in on that browser for 7 days, through a secure cookie. After that, you’ll need to sign in again. Signing out, pressing Disconnect Wallet on the site or switching to another wallet signs you out sooner.
  • Verifying your email: we may ask you to verify an email address before you enter, by entering a one-time code that we send to it. We’ll tell you on the site when we start. This applies to built-in wallets too: the email you log in with doesn’t count until you verify it with a code.
  • One email for each wallet: each wallet can have one verified email, and each email can belong to only one wallet. You can never link the same email to a second wallet, even after you close your account. If you lose access to your wallet, contact us. Only an admin can move your email to a new wallet, and only once we’re satisfied that the request comes from you. We keep a record of every move.
  • Verifying your identity: when we ask for it (we’ll say so on the site), each wallet must pass an ID check once before it can enter a lottery or a prediction game through the site. Our verification partner, Didit, checks a valid ID document of your own and a short selfie video; our Privacy Policy explains what is collected and kept. If the check doesn’t pass, the site tells you why in general terms, and you may try again a limited number of times. If you think the result is wrong, contact us and a person will look at it. We may ask a wallet to pass the check again, for example if we have reason to think someone else is using it, and we may cancel a verification that was obtained by breaking these terms. The law requires us to keep the results for 5 years after your account closes or your last entry, whichever is later, so they can’t be deleted on request.
  • One identity for each person: use only your own identity. If one document is used for several wallets, we may ask you about it, and we may suspend wallets used to get around our rules.
  • Your profile: your profile page shows your entries, prizes, referral rewards and membership NFT mints with their dates, from our records and the blockchain; your wallet’s membership NFTs and staking; and your DAO proposals and votes, read from the blockchain. Only you can see it, while you’re signed in.
  • Draw results and news by email: only if you ask for them, by ticking the box when you verify your email or with the switch on your profile page. We send news at most twice a month, and draw results only after a draw, sometimes only to the players of the games they are about. You can stop them at any time with that switch or the unsubscribe link in each one (no sign-in needed). We stop them if you take a break from playing, and send none for 30 days after the break ends.
  • Keeping your account safe: anyone who controls your wallet can sign in as you. You’re responsible for what is done through your wallet and your account, unless it happens because of our mistake. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access.

You can stop using your account at any time. To close it, contact us. Your activity on the blockchain stays public and can’t be deleted. Our Privacy Policy explains what we keep and for how long.

Usernames and our posts on X

Choosing a username is optional. It has 3 to 15 letters, numbers or underscores and starts with a letter, and no two players can have the same one (even with different capital letters). If you choose one, it’s public: our lottery and prediction-game entry lists and our results show it in place of your wallet address, linked to your wallet, so anyone can see which wallet it belongs to and which side you backed in a prediction game. We ask you to agree to this when you choose or change your username. You can switch to a new username once a week, change only its capital letters a few times a day, and remove it at any time. Without a username, we show your wallet address, often shortened, like 0x1234…abcd.

Acceptable usernames. Your username must not:

  • pretend to be another person, a brand or us (for example “admin”, “support” or “TheGameDAO”), or suggest that you speak for us;
  • be offensive, hateful, threatening, sexual or discriminatory;
  • contain links, email addresses, phone numbers or wallet addresses;
  • promote scams, other gambling or betting services, or anything illegal;
  • name or support a political party, a political or separatist movement, or an armed or extremist group (usernames appear next to stakes on an election); or
  • use someone else’s name or trademark without their permission.

We may refuse, hide or remove a username that breaks these rules, and suspend accounts that keep breaking them. If you choose a username, you allow us to show it on the site as described above, and in our posts about lottery winners.

Posts on X. Each Friday our X account, @bullionLabs, posts the current USDT Weekly prize pool and number of entries, with an image. These posts contain no player details. Our team also posts about the games by hand, for example to announce a draw and its winners. A post may show a winner’s username, if they have one, otherwise their shortened wallet address. We never post about prediction-game entries. If you don’t want your username or wallet in our posts, you can ask us to leave it out of new posts and to delete earlier ones: see our Privacy Policy.

Whatever you choose here, your wallet address and everything it does on the blockchain are public.

What you must not do

When you use the site, you must not:

  • use bots, scripts or other automated tools to sign in, create accounts or make entries, or to get around our “are you human?” check;
  • exploit bugs or weaknesses in the site or our smart contracts, or attack, overload or interfere with them (if you find a bug, please tell us privately instead);
  • use several wallets, emails or accounts to refer yourself, to abuse referral rewards or bonuses, or to get around a limit or a suspension;
  • use the site for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, getting around sanctions or any other illegal purpose, or use funds that come from crime or aren’t yours to use;
  • take part for someone else, or let someone else use your account;
  • take part if you’re under age, or where taking part is illegal for you;
  • pretend to be someone else, or give false information when you sign in or verify your email;
  • use someone else’s ID document or face, a fake, altered or expired document, or any trick to get past the ID check;
  • put anything illegal, abusive or misleading in a username or a DAO proposal;
  • copy, scrape or misuse the site’s content, or use our names or logos to suggest that you are us or that we approve of you; or
  • harass, threaten or cheat other players or our team.

If you break these rules, we may suspend or close your account, and we may report illegal activity to the authorities.

Risks you should understand before you play

Taking part involves real risks. Please make sure you understand them:

  • You can lose money. Most lottery entries don’t win, and prediction games depend on events you can’t control. Only spend what you can afford to lose.
  • Crypto prices move. The value of BNB, POL, BNGX and NFTs can rise or fall sharply, and can fall to nothing. USDT is a stablecoin: a token, issued by a third party, that aims to stay worth one US dollar. It may not.
  • Smart contracts can fail. A contract can contain errors or be attacked, and a confirmed transaction can’t be undone.
  • Some steps depend on our team. We start each USDT Weekly draw and record each prediction-game result. These steps can be delayed, for example by network problems.
  • Networks can fail. Blockchains can be slow, congested or interrupted, and their fees can change. A transaction can fail and still cost you a network fee.
  • Other services can fail. Wallets, thirdweb, Chainlink VRF and other services we rely on can stop working or change.
  • Keys can be lost or stolen. If you lose your recovery phrase or private key, or someone steals it, your funds are gone and we can’t recover them. If you use a built-in wallet, keep access to the email address or phone number you log in with: losing it can mean losing the wallet.
  • Scams. Fake websites, apps and accounts may pretend to be us. Always check that you’re on thegamedao.com, and never share your recovery phrase.
  • Laws can change. Laws on cryptocurrency, lotteries and prediction games are changing in many countries. A change could make it illegal for you to take part, or make us change or close parts of the site.
  • Taxes. You’re responsible for any tax on your winnings, rewards or trades where you live.

Play responsibly

A few simple habits help keep play under control:

  • play for entertainment, not to make money or to pay bills or debts;
  • set a budget and a time limit before you play, and stick to them;
  • never borrow to play, and don’t chase losses by playing more to win back what you’ve lost;
  • take regular breaks, and don’t play when you’re upset, stressed or have been drinking; and
  • if playing stops being fun, stop.

If you want a break, contact us and we’ll stop your wallet from entering lotteries and prediction games through the site, for as long as you ask. This can’t stop anyone using the public contracts directly, or signing in with a new wallet, so please also ask for help if you need it.

Support is available from Gambling Therapy, which is free, confidential and online wherever you are, and in Nigeria from Gamble Alert.

Who owns the site’s content

The site’s design, text, graphics and logos, and the names The Game DAO and Bullion Labs, belong to Bullion Labs or to those who license them to us. You may use the site for your own personal use and share links to it, including your referral link. You must not copy, change or republish its content, or use our names or logos, without our written permission.

Our smart contracts are public on the blockchain. Some are built on open-source code from others, such as thirdweb and OpenZeppelin, which is used under its own licence.

Names and logos of other organisations shown on the site, such as political parties’ logos in prediction games, belong to their owners. Showing them doesn’t mean those organisations are connected with us or support us.

If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without paying you.

Services run by others

The site relies on services that others run, including:

  • wallets and wallet services: thirdweb (wallet connection and built-in wallets, including the codes for logging in with email or phone), MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet and WalletConnect;
  • blockchains and blockchain services: BNB Smart Chain, Polygon, Chainlink VRF (random numbers) and explorers such as BscScan and PolygonScan;
  • PancakeSwap, where BNGX trades;
  • Cloudflare Turnstile, our “are you human?” check; and
  • X and Discord, where we post and talk with players.

Our Privacy Policy lists the providers that handle personal data for us, such as our hosting, database and email services.

We don’t control these services. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them. We’re not responsible for what they do, for their content, or for times when they’re unavailable, except where the law makes us responsible. A link to another site doesn’t mean we endorse it.

Our responsibility to you, and its limits

How we run the site. We’ll run the site with reasonable care and skill. We can’t promise that it will always be available, free of errors or secure, or that the figures it shows are always up to date. The record on the blockchain is what counts.

What we’re not responsible for. As far as the law allows, we’re not responsible for losses caused by:

  • your own mistakes, such as sending funds to the wrong address or network, or losing your keys;
  • changes in the price of any cryptocurrency, token or NFT;
  • blockchains, wallets, Chainlink VRF or other services we don’t control;
  • attacks, bugs or failures that we couldn’t reasonably have prevented, or other events outside our reasonable control; or
  • your breaking these terms or the law.

We’re also not responsible for losses that couldn’t have been foreseen when you used the site, or for any business losses: the site is for your personal use.

The most we’ll pay. If we’re responsible for a loss, the most we’ll pay is the larger of two amounts: what you paid for the entries, stakes, mints or fees your claim is about; or, if our mistake cost you a prize or winnings, the amount of that prize or those winnings. This limit applies only as far as the law allows.

What these terms don’t limit. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability where the law doesn’t allow it. That includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence (carelessness), for loss caused by gross negligence or deliberate wrongdoing by us or anyone acting for us, and for fraud. Nothing in these terms takes away your legal rights as a consumer.

Suspending or closing accounts

We may suspend or close your account, refuse to let you sign in, or stop you using all or part of the site, if:

  • you break these terms;
  • we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, money laundering or other illegal activity;
  • we have reason to believe that you are under age, or not allowed to take part where you live;
  • the law, a court or an authority requires it; or
  • we need to, to protect players, the site or others, for example during a security problem.

Where we can, we’ll tell you why, unless the law or a security reason stops us. If you think we’ve made a mistake, contact us.

A suspension only affects the site. It doesn’t touch what’s in your wallet or change what a smart contract has already recorded or paid. It also doesn’t stop you claiming prediction-game winnings that are due to you.

You can stop using the site at any time.

Changes to the site and to these terms

Changes to the site. We may change, pause or stop parts of the site, including lotteries, games, rewards and features. We may also move a game to a new contract, for example to fix a problem or to follow the law. Contracts that are already running keep working by their own code.

Changes to these terms. We may update these terms, for example when we add features or the law changes. We’ll post the new version on this page with its date. Before important changes take effect, we’ll give you reasonable notice on the site, and by email where we can. We may also ask you to agree again in the notice. We may make a change sooner if we must, for legal or security reasons. A change doesn’t affect entries you made before it.

If you keep using the site after a change takes effect, the new terms apply to you. If you don’t accept them, stop using the site and ask us to close your account.

How to contact us

You can reach us:

Our address. Bullion Labs, 18 Kaara Street, Ajao Estate, Lagos, Nigeria. Visits are by appointment only, so please don’t come to the office without one: contact us through our contact form first, and we’ll arrange a visit if one is needed.

We will never ask for your recovery phrase or private key, or ask you to send funds to “verify” your wallet. Anyone who does is not us.

TheGameDAO

Before you continue

The Game DAO runs crypto lotteries and prediction games on public blockchains. To use the site, please confirm that:

  • You are 18 or older (or the legal age where you live, if that’s higher).
  • Where you live, you may use crypto and take part in online lotteries and prediction games.

By agreeing you accept our Terms of Use. Our Privacy Policy explains how we use your data.

Help us make the games better

Analytics show us which pages and games people use and where they get stuck, so we can fix problems and add what players ask for. We never sell this data or use it for ads. It comes from Google Analytics and the usage reports of thirdweb (our wallet provider), and you can change your mind at any time on the Privacy page. Choose one to continue.

If you decline, the site closes in this browser.
